Our mission thrives on local leadership. As an Eritrean Professionals Ambassador, you are the vital link between our global network and your local community. You won’t just be a representative; you’ll be an innovator and a project owner, empowered to make a tangible difference right where you live.
What Does a Local Ambassador Do?
- Identify Needs: You will connect with the Eritrean community in your city or region to understand their specific educational and professional challenges.
- Initiate Action: Based on your findings, you will propose and design a local initiative. This could be a monthly study group, a career workshop series, a networking event, or a mentorship drive.
- Own & Execute: You will take ownership of your initiative, coordinating with the central Eritrean Professionals team for support and resources while driving the project locally.
- Connect & Report: You will act as a local point of contact, connecting community members to our global resources and sharing success stories and insights back with the network.
We Provide Our Ambassadors With:
- An official title and platform profile.
- A dedicated support contact from our central team.
- Access to a private network of fellow Ambassadors for sharing best practices.
- Promotion of your local events and initiatives on our website and social media.
- Templates, guides, and tools to help you run successful programs.
Who We’re Looking For:

- You have strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- You are based in a city with an Eritrean/Eritrean-diaspora community.
